The first H-E-B is coming to the city of Dallas, near the Richardson border, after Dallas City Council approved a zoning request for the grocery store in its Dec. 10 meeting.
A new park will be constructed near Park Vista Boulevard and Keller Haslet Road in Council District 10.
After years of delays, construction on Lone Star College-University Park’s $21.67 million Visual and Performing Arts Center is underway and slated to be completed by December 2023, according to college officials.
The leadership and training campus in Westlake is moving ahead with an estimated $300 million expansion plan after receiving a 10-year property tax abatement from Tarrant County.
About 75% of Frisco is built out or claimed at this point, Frisco’s Development Services Director John Lettelleir said. That includes projects in the northern part of the city, such as the Professional Golfers Association of America headquarters development, the Fields community and the Firefly Park mixed-use project.
