OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Initial screening call

If your qualifications are seen as a match, our recruiter will reach out to you via email to schedule a short call to get to know you and your work experience.
STEP 2: In-person interviews

We do two interviews (ideally in-person but we use Zoom as well) with at least four different individuals on our hiring team to learn more about how you might fit into our team.
STEP 3: Final decision

At the conclusion of our process, you will learn the outcome of your potential employment within a few days.
STEP 4: Onboarding

If you have accepted an offer with us (congratulations!), you will spend 3-4 days at our Austin-metro headquarters (Pflugerville) where you'll supplement your skills with our best practices.
