Application Process

Here's what to expect from the moment you apply through your first days as an Impacter.

  1. 1

    Virtual interview

If your qualifications align, our recruiter will email you to schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting. Highlight your background while we share what it means to be part of Community Impact.

  2. 2

    In-person interviews

Two interviews — preferably in person, with Zoom as a backup. You'll meet at least four members of our hiring team so we can understand how you'd contribute.

  3. 3

    Position-specific assessment

Depending on the role, you may complete a short assessment — a chance to provide a work sample that demonstrates your expertise and fit.

  4. 4

    Pre-hire screening

We'll extend a verbal and written offer. Once you sign, we kick off our pre-employment screening as part of onboarding.

  5. 5

    Onboarding

After accepting and clearing screening, you'll spend 1–2 days at our Pflugerville headquarters learning our best practices and meeting the team.

Don't see a fit? We still want to hear from you.
