The authentic Chinese eatery is a culmination of years of hard work for owner and chef Yalian Liang, who made it a goal to own her own restaurant. In addition to soup, steamed, boiled, pan-fried and spicy and sour dumplings, the menu includes various fried rice, chow mein and noodle dishes. Patrons can also enjoy chef specials such as sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper fish filet, or garlic greens.
2. Drake’s HollywoodDrake's food program features Hollywood-inspired sushi rolls; spicy salmon crispy rice; Ozzy's Pizza topped with filet mignon and a balsamic glaze; the spicy rigatoni-based Pasta Za Za; a 30-day dry-aged porterhouse; and the A5 Japanese wagyu served with white truffle butter.
3. OktoThe Mediterranean restaurant offers internationally influenced dishes, drinks and atmosphere. Dishes will vary from season to season with recipes curated from the culinary traditions of Greece, Italy and Spain. The menu includes a variety of seafood dishes, such as the tuna crudo with feta, olive and parsley gremolata; and the branzino en papillote with roasted tomato, garlic and asparagus.
4. Apple-licious Bakery & BistroThe bakery offers a variety of baked goods, such as apple walnut oatmeal pies, apple cheesecake and banana pudding, as well as salads and breakfast items, such as kolaches and quiches.
5. Bonsai Hibachi & SushiCo-owner and chef Vitcha Janthrakat said the restaurant offers a variety of hibachi and sushi options as well as a selection of dishes featuring halal meats. Some of the most popular items featured at Bonsai Hibachi and Sushi's menu include rib-eye steak, filet mignon and spicy Philly cheesesteak rolls.
6. Madame Brioche BistroThe French restaurant offers a combination of French and American breakfast and lunch options alongside coffee and alcohol selections. Menu items include croque monsieur sandwiches, rioche beignets and quiche—a traditional French tart with a filling of eggs, cream, bacon, swish cheese and caramelized shallots in an open shell pastry.
