Apple-licious Bakery & Bistro—owned by Gloria Taylor—held soft openings in July, according to an Aug. 9 email from Taylor. The bakery offers a variety of baked goods such as apple walnut oatmeal pies, apple cheesecake and banana pudding as well as salads and breakfast items such as kolaches and quiches, according to the business’s website.

“It has been really busy because I'm learning this business while trying to train and present our best to the [guests] that come in,” Taylor said via the email.

The bakery is open Tuesday-Thursday from 7 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 7 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
