GCP Paper officials host June groundbreaking ceremony for New Caney facility

Officials with GCP Paper USA Inc. held a June 28 groundbreaking ceremony for the business’ upcoming facility in New Caney, East Montgomery County Improvement District officials announced in a June 28 post on the organization’s Facebook page.
