A new retail center in New Caney is expected to break ground late this year, a spokesperson for Fidelis Realty Partners—the project’s developer— confirmed via email June 3. The project will be called Trails at the Parkway.

The retail shopping center will be located on 33 acres of land, according to an April 28 news release from Fidelis Realty Partners.
