We may extend this period once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you and the reason before the end of the initial 45-day period. Include your name and enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your data. Appeals: If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal." We will respond in writing within 60 days with an explanation of our decision. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with the Texas Attorney General's online complaint mechanism at that time.

CommunityImpact.com is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post any updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
