Porter Retail is now expected to be completed by the end of this year, said Faiz Hirani, principal for project developer Dhanani Private Equity Group, via an Oct. 15 email.

What to expect

Porter Retail will house a variety of retail or dining options, possibly including a Little Caesars Pizza and Beans & Brews Coffee House, as previously reported. The center was originally expected to be finished by the summer or fall of this year.

Construction began on Porter Retail in the fall of 2025. Dhanani is also developing an apartment complex, Territory at Porter, nearby.
