The leadership and training campus in Westlake is moving ahead with an estimated $300 million expansion plan after receiving a 10-year property tax abatement from Tarrant County.
If approved, the three bond propositions will allocate funds for new facilities, district technology and athletic facilities without raising the tax rate for residents, according to the district.
Property tax revenue from new property will add $96,219 to the city’s tax roll.
