Possum Park, a plant-based food truck lot located at 701 E. 53rd St., Austin, celebrated its fifth anniversary April 14. The venue is part of the North Loop IBIZ District and includes vendors Zucchini Kill Bakery, Bistro Vonish and Bananarchy.
