Ahead of the upcoming school board election, Cy-Fair ISD is hosting a candidate forum Oct. 17 from 7-9 p.m. at the Berry Center theater, 8877 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress. It will be streamed live on YouTube.
Candidates will have the chance to introduce themselves and answer questions submitted by local residents. Community Impact Houston Publisher Jason Culpepper is moderating the forum. Community members can submit questions for candidates here by noon Oct. 16.
A clear bag policy will also be in place for the event, according to district information.
