Plano ISD announced that its dual-credit enrollment deadlines had been extended to June 1 in a release to parents May 11.

This extension applies to any course with Collin College, including on-campus academic courses and those available to PISD at the Collin Technical Campus.

Collin College has also waived the initial testing requirement for student to enroll in dual-credit classes due to COVID-19, the release said. Students will still be required to take an entrance exam before Oct. 16.

The district encouraged students and parents to reach out to their individual counselor or campus for assistance with enrollment.
