There are 14 new confirmed positive cases in Collin County as of April 22, according to a report from county health officials.

The county has a total of 584 cases of the virus, the report said. Plano residents make up 167 of the county's confirmed cases, according to the county's health dashboard.

As of April 22, 421 Collin County residents have recovered, the county's dashboard shows.

Males in their 50s are currently reported as the demographic with the highest number of cases by age and sex, with 66 cases. Males in their 40s follow slightly behind at 63 cases.
