An additional 25 positive cases of the new coronavirus were reported by Collin County health officials April 23. This includes nine Plano residents, according to an April 24 city of Plano report.

The county's total is now 609 cases. Plano residents account for 176 of these cases, according to the county's health dashboard.

Of those who have tested positive for the virus, 16 are hospitalized, 150 are in home isolation and 429 have recovered as of April 23.

Plano's total case count is 180, including the four cases from Denton County, according to the April 24 report.
