A developer plans to construct two new office buildings—one general-purpose and one for medical tenants—on the southern edge of Plano's Legacy business area.

The development, RLO Haggard Parkwood East, received approval from the Plano Planning and Zoning Commission on April 23 for a preliminary site plan and a concept plan for the two buildings.

Both office buildings would be up to two stories tall and would rest on currently vacant land across the street from Plano's Classic BMW dealership, northeast of where Parkwood Boulevard meets Spring Creek Parkway.
