Bohemian Bull is continuing to provide community opportunities and portray their tagline: "Eating Good. Doing Good."
The restaurant, which celebrated its first anniversary in July, launched concession stand sales at Grapevine High School on Oct. 22, according to a news release.

Bohemian Bull's concession offerings include grilled chicken sandwiches, ground sirloin cheeseburgers, buffalo wings and large soft pretzels. The restaurant also provides side trays for toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, according to owner Dennis Johnson.

The first concession stand to benefit from this program was the Grapevine High School Volleyball Booster Club.

The details

The concession stand fundraising program came after Bohemian Bull's family carryout meal program was launched in September, according to previous reporting. The restaurant's branding and marketing company, Envision Works Marketing, owned by Lauren Cleveland, helped establish their concession stand fundraising program and the relationship between Grapevine-Colleyville ISD and Bohemian Bull, she said.


Cleveland stated the restaurant established a special, lower price to the GHS Volleyball Booster Club so they could raise funds to continue to help support the volleyball program.

In addition to providing food items, Bohemian Bull and Envision Works Marketing donated a food warmer to the GCISD athletics program for future use.

Concession stand sales are one of the top beneficial ways to raise money for the various GCISD clubs, Cleveland said.


What else?


The goal is to sell Bohemian Bull burgers and pretzels at other events due to the success at the volleyball game concessions, Johnson said. Bohemian Bull can help support academic events, dance competitions, football games, basketball games, track and field meets and other activities that depend on concession stand fundraising, according to the news release.

Cleveland said Bohemian Bull worked hard to gain a foothold amongst the GCISD athletes and their families by donating team meals, hosting pre-game parties, offering convenient family meals, and now providing their product at concession stands.
