Virtual interview

If your qualifications align, our recruiter will contact you via email, inviting you to schedule a 30-minute virtual meeting. In this meeting, you'll have the opportunity to highlight your background and experience, while our recruiter will provide insights into Community Impact and what it means to be part of our exceptional company.

In-person interviews

We conduct two interviews, preferably in person, although we also utilize Zoom when necessary. These interviews involve interactions with at least four members of our hiring team, allowing us to gain a comprehensive understanding of how you may contribute to our team.

Position-specific assessments

Depending on the role you're applying for, you may be required to complete an assessment. This assessment offers you the chance to provide a work sample that demonstrates your expertise, skills and suitability for the position you seek.

Pre-hire screening

At this stage, we are pleased to announce our mutual selection, and we will extend both a verbal and written offer for you to join our team. Upon signing your offer letter, as part of our onboarding process, we initiate our pre-employment screening.

Onboarding

If you've accepted our offer (congratulations!) and successfully completed your pre-employment screenings, you'll have the opportunity to spend 1-2 days at our headquarters in the Austin area, specifically in Pflugerville. During this time, you'll enhance your skills by learning about our best practices.
