Sarah Brager covers Harris County government. She joined Community Impact's Houston newsroom in 2025 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied journalism and public policy. She has previously reported stories for the Texas Standard, Texas Monthly and Community Impact in Austin. When she’s not covering the news, Sarah enjoys cycling, taking long walks and trying new restaurants.
