Barnes & Noble has officially reopened all its Texas locations and has done so with coronavirus safety precautions in place for staff and customers, according to a June 4 press release.

All locations, including the one in the Hill Country Galleria, are operating under state and local health guidelines. Additional safety measures will include enhanced cleaning, social distancing practices and the installation of protective barriers at cash registers. All staff will be required to wear face masks and will have their temperature checked daily.

Barnes & Noble will limit its in-store cafes to accommodate takeout service only and will also postpone any in-store events for the time being. Curbside delivery will remain available at a majority of locations for customers shopping online.
