The Scarbrough

The Scarbrough—the rebrand of the former eatery Ze Crepes—added cocktails, dinner and a happy hour to its rotation in late March.

The Scarbrough’s new cocktail menu features twists on classic cocktails, such as the Black on Black Nitrini—a cocktail similar to an espresso martini that is topped with grated Parmesan. A hibiscus mule, rosemary paloma, and an old fashioned with birch and cherry wood smoke are also available.

The Scarbrough’s happy hour is held Tuesday-Saturday from 4-6 p.m. The restaurant is located at 522 Congress Ave., Austin.

Rosé Gosé

Comfort food and wine restaurant Rosé Gosé opened its doors in the former ATX Grill space in early March. The restaurant—owned by Belarus natives Igor Drypsiak and Veronika Hurynav—serves beef tartare, poke bowls, mussels, ribeye steak and more.

Rosé Gosé’s happy hour is on Mondays-Fridays from 3-6 p.m. and includes 25% off all food on the main menu. The restaurant is located at 5201 Airport Blvd., Austin.

Kelly’s Irish Pub

Kelly’s Irish Pub opened in the former Winebelly space in November. The bar—owned by James Kelly and Josh Bumb—offers Irish whiskey, beer and food. The pub has indoor and outdoor seating as well as parking.

Happy hour is on Mondays-Fridays from 2-6 p.m. and includes $1 off Irish draft beers, $2 off select Irish whiskies and $2 off house spirits. Kelly's Irish Pub is located at 519 W. Oltorf St., Austin.

Truluck’s

Seafood restaurant Truluck’s is moving its downtown location from its home of almost 23 years to a two-story building down the block in May. The restaurant serves seafood, including miso-glazed sea bass and sesame-seared tuna, an “adventurous” wine menu and handcrafted cocktails.

When opened, the Truluck’s will have a daily happy hour from 4:30-6 p.m that includes half off liquor and select wines. Truluck’s new downtown restaurant will be located at at 300 Colorado St., Austin.

La Popular

Mexico City-based restaurant La Popular will open its first Austin location in late April. The taqueria serves authentic Mexican food, including an extensive taco list, ceviche, nachos and other starters. Happy hour will include draft beers, wine, margaritas and tequila.

La Poplar will be located at 7415 Southwest Parkway, Bldg. 5, Ste. 100, Austin.
