Seafood restaurant Truluck’s is moving its downtown location from its home of almost 23 years to a two-story building down the block. The new space—located at 300 Colorado St., Austin—will include a bar on each level, a mezzanine dining room and an outdoor patio and will open sometime in May.

Quote of note: “With Austin being one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S., we want to keep pace with the evolution of the city and continue to offer our guests an elegant and stylish dining experience," said Riley Hutton, operating partner for Truluck’s. "All of the same faces will be there to greet you upon our return.”

What’s on the menu?

Truluck’s serves a variety of seafood dishes including miso-glazed sea bass, sesame-seared tuna, crab fried rice, king crab and African lobster tails.
