Project: Pershing Drive in Denton is receiving new water and wastewater lines, new roadway and portions of the sidewalk are being replaced. Denton voters approved the project as part of the Neighborhood 1B bond package.
Update: Crews are working to replace the driveway, curb and gutter with final paving to follow.

- Funding source: city of Denton
Project: Intersection improvements at US 380 and Community Avenue in McKinney will include eastbound and westbound dual left turns, a southbound right turn lane, and traffic signal improvements.
Update: Waterline and sanitary sewer adjustments are nearly complete. Street paving is expected to begin within the next one to two months. Traffic impacts are expected while work is ongoing.

Project: Coit Road in Celina will receive an asphalt overlay from CR 92 to Ousley Boulevard and from Lynn Stambaugh Parkway to J. Fred Smith Parkway.
Update: Construction on the first section from CR 92 to Ousley Boulevard started on June 17.

- Funding source: city of Celina
Project: The city of Plano will be working on irrigation and tree replacement between Custer Road and Mill Valley Drive and also from Independence Parkway to Coit Road.
Update: Work on the project started in July. Westbound and eastbound inside lanes along the street between Custer Road and Coit Road will see closures Monday through Friday from 9 a.m-4 p.m. during construction.

Project: A detour started July 7 to repair a portion of Shady Grove Road between Rapp Road and Keller Smithfield Road in Keller. The original project was completed in June 2024, but the eastbound lane near 7210 Shady Grove needed additional repairs to stabilize the soil under the roadway and account for the effects of nearby tree roots, according to the city’s Facebook page.
Update: Work on the eastbound portion of Shady Grove Road is complete and the roadway reopened to traffic on July 15, according to a post on social media.
