Real estate at a glance: Median home sales price up year over year in all but one Tomball, Magnolia ZIP code

The median price of homes sold in each ZIP code increased year over year in August across five of six Tomball and Magnolia ZIP codes. The median price declined year over year in Magnolia ZIP code 77355.

However, a fewer number of homes were sold year over year in ZIP codes 77355 and 77377 in August, and the number of homes sold remained steady in Pinehurst ZIP code 77362.
