Planning work for two Harris County Precinct 4 projects on Gosling Road in The Woodlands area is moving ahead, and the county will go out to bid for the first portion of the project in late 2020.
Gosling Road Segment 3 widening
A project is in the design phase to upgrade Gosling Road to four lanes between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive. The project expects to request authorization to bid in the fourth quarter of 2020, Harris County officials said.

Gosling Road across Spring Creek
Gosling Road will be upgraded to a four-lane boulevard with twin bridges across Spring Creek. The project is a joint participation project between Harris County Precinct 4 and Montgomery County Precinct 3. The project was in the design phase as of Sept. 3, and Harris County expects to start the seek authorization to bid the project in the first quarter of 2021.
