A new outdoor market series featuring dozens of local vendors will launch Sept. 5 in Oak Ridge North.

The Oak Ridge Pop Up Market at Wood Ridge Plaza, located at 27582 I-45 N., Oak Ridge North, will take place monthly on first Saturdays from September through May 2021. The market series was developed as a project between the plaza's management at Wulfe & Co. and the city's economic development corporation this summer.

Scheduled to run from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., the market is expected to include vendors offering a variety of products, including food, jewelry, beauty products, home decor and wellness services. More than 60 vendors listed on the market's website are expected to set up shop for the inaugural event Sept. 5, with several more set to join later in the 2020-21 season.
