Buttermilk Baby, a new American soda fountain-style diner, is set to come to Sugar Land Town Square in 2025, representatives confirmed.

The details

The dining concept from Berg Hospitality opened its first location at the M-K-T development in September, Community Impact reported.

Now, Buttermilk Baby is set to open 10 more locations across Texas as part of a franchise agreement, according to public relations officials for the hospitality group.

Diving in deeper

Buttermilk Baby has vintage diner aesthetics and a menu with comfort food favorites, such as burgers, fried chicken and biscuits, Community Impact reported.

The brand has a partnership with ice cream brand Carvel and features a "nostalgic" ice cream bar, reminiscent of the 1950s, per a 2023 news release on the Heights-area opening.
