Ceviches n' Snacks, a northwest Houston-based eatery specializing in authentic Mexican snacks and drinks, will have a soft opening Aug. 19 at its new location at at 18379 Kuykendahl Road, Ste. A, Spring, according to an Aug. 17 Facebook post by the business.




At its two Spring locations, the Ceviches n' Snacks menu includes a variety of seafood options, such as the Baja Michelada, a beer-based drink mixed with dark sauces, lime juice and spices and topped with seafood or vegetable snacks; the Tijuana Nachos, a shrimp, onion and cucumber mix served with tortilla chips and hot sauce; and the Red Tuna Ceviche, a traditional ceviche recipe served with red tuna.
