Fu Manchung celebrated its three-year anniversary Aug. 1 at 3416 FM 2920, Ste. 210, Spring. According to co-owner Paul Huynh, the restaurant’s small menu has enough variety to accommodate everyone’s palate with dishes inspired by Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese and American cuisines. 832-791-5873. www.fumanchung.com
