Mera Vintage Park, a 55-and-older age-restricted apartment community, is expected to open to residents at 14914 Vintage Preserve Parkway, Houston in late 2020.

Under construction by developer Sparrow Partners, the active adult community will offer a daily schedule of activities, such as happy hours, group outings and fitness classes, but will not include personal care services such as medical services or onsite meals.

The 179-unit community will include amenities such as a pool, dog park and library, among others. The apartments sit on 8 acres and is part of a larger, 51 acre site that will also include Broadstone Vintage Park apartments by developers Alliance Residential.
