Trill Burgers, a smashburger concept from Houston rapper Bun B and partners, announced two new Greater Houston restaurants are opening soon in a Nov. 5 news release.

The details

Trill Burgers is coming to Missouri City and Spring in 2025 in an expansion into the north and southwest sides of Houston, per the release. Its Missouri City location is joining restaurants and shops at Fort Bend Town Center II.

Known for its OG Burger—made with two smashed beef patties, Trill Sauce, caramelized onions, pickles and American cheese on a potato bun—its menu also features vegan burgers, beverages and sides of fries.

The restaurant's flagship was founded in Montrose in June 2023 by Bun B, restaurateur Andy Nguyen, Scurfield Group founder Nick Scurfield and chefs Mike Pham and Fernando Valladares.

This comes as the Trill Burger's brand expands its footprint with another fast-casual concept, Trill Tenders, which opened this fall at University of Houston's TDECU Stadium at Section 138, per previous Community Impact reporting.
