Operated alongside Executive Chef Marcelo Mintz, the restaurant takes a contemporary approach to Italian culinary tradition, according to the news release, offering European cheeses, dry-cured meats, fish sourced from Europe and house-made pastas prepared with imported Italian flour.

Casa Nueva Mexican Grill and Bar offers a variety of Mexican dishes from nacho plates and fajita plates to enchiladas and seafood dishes. The eatery also boasts a full bar, specialty cocktails, margaritas and beer.

Serving seafood, steaks, ceviche, tacos and more, Galiana's Casa Del Tequila offers lunch and dinner daily, and American and Mexican brunch options on Saturday and Sunday, per the release.
The restaurant's cocktail selections are made from scratch and built around tequila, mezcal, fresh citrus and seasonal flavors, and include specialty show cocktails aimed at adding an interactive aspect to guests' experiences, according to the release.

The restaurant offers starters such as chilly paneer, apollo fish and crispy chicken. Biryani dishes include chicken dum, paneer fry, lamb fry and goat fry.

The business offers a variety of treats, including ice cream, shakes, popsicles and natural juices. It also has a mobile food truck for events and festivals.
The new ice cream shop is located in the space formerly occupied by Junie B's Snowcones, which closed in April, as previously reported by Community Impact.

White Wasabi Sushi held a soft opening in Katy, owner Kae Arisara confirmed. The eatery has a wide selection of dishes including soft-shell crab fried rice, tuna tataki, yellowtail carpaccio and rice-free rolls, according to a Sept. 8 social media post.
