TxDOT proposes $209M widening for portion of Grand Parkway
The Texas Department of Transportation is proposing a new $209 million Grand Parkway widening project through the Spring area in Harris and Montgomery counties.
The project would be funded by toll revenue and include connectors to I-45, according to TxDOT. Public feedback on the project is being collected through Oct. 9.
