F45 Fitness is opening in Friendswood in late September or early October. Located at 1501 W. Parkwood Drive, Ste. 109, Friendswood, the business will offer 45-minute classes, each different from the last. F45 offers over 4,000 exercises, meaning members never repeat a workout.
