Six of the Lake Houston area’s seven ZIP codes experienced a decrease in the number of homes sold in October compared to October 2020, while ZIP code 77346 experienced an increase. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold increased year over year in Lake Houston-area ZIP codes with the exception of ZIP code 77044, which experienced a decrease.
