Construction is underway for The Oscar at Veramendi, a luxury senior living community located in New Braunfels at 352 Borchers Blvd.
This development—which broke ground in 2022—is the first of its kind within the Veramendi master-planned community, according to an email from Executive Director Jennifer Lester and Atlas Senior Living. Atlas Senior Living is the development’s management company.
Project details
The Oscar at Veramendi is being developed by Abbey Residential and will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The development will offer housing for independent living, assisted living and memory care, the email states.
