1. Westward expansion: Home construction accelerates in Cy-Fair’s remaining open land tracts


Since the local portion of the Grand Parkway was completed about five years ago and improvements along Hwy. 290 wrapped up last year, developers have accelerated construction of master-planned communities in the western portion of Cy-Fair ISD. 6. $30M COVID Relief Fund opens for Harris County residents as eviction moratorium ends

From July 28-Aug. 11, 20,000 Harris County families will be able to apply for a one-time payment of $1,500 for any urgent expenses such as car payments, groceries and utilities from the new $30 million COVID Relief Fund, which is supported by funding from the American Rescue Plan Act. 7. Telge Road widening expected to continue soon
