Here is when students in Cy-Fair ISD return for the 2021-22 school year

Students in Cy-Fair ISD return to school for in-person learning Aug. 23. Remote learning is no longer an option in the 2021-22 school year.

Other key dates to know for the fall semester include student holidays for Labor Day on Sept. 6, Thanksgiving on Nov. 22-26 and a winter holiday break from Dec. 20-31.

The school board approved the 2021-22 calendar Jan. 14, and it was revised Feb. 8 with the rescheduling of a teacher work day and a professional development/inclement weather day next spring, according to the district's website.
