Tricoast Homes breaks ground on single-family development in Montgomery

Tricoast Homes broke ground on Summer Place, a new single-family development located along Summer Place Drive in Montgomery, according to a June 4 news release.

In a nutshell

The new single-family development spans around 10 acres and will feature 67 homes, according to the news release. There will be six available floor plans starting at $399,000, with homes ranging from 1,979 square feet to 2,477 square feet.

Amenities in the community will include turf backyards, pocket parks and a walking trail, according to the news release.
