At the upcoming Nov. 2 special board meeting, the Montgomery ISD board of trustees will vote on the implementation of the virtual learning program. Along with the scheduled vote, the board will discuss plans for zoning and boundaries across the school district.
The gist
As previously reported, MISD is attempting to implement a virtual learning pilot program for the upcoming 2027 spring semester. The purpose is to test the virtual program's capabilities and to bring back former virtual students who recently left the district.
The program will be for zoned MISD students, and those enrolled will be part of class rankings.
