According to a filing by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the casual cafe chain Panera Bread has begun renovation on a franchise location in Conroe.
The details
Renovation for the location is reported to have begun on Aug. 15 and is estimated to last until Dec. 1. The estimated cost for the renovation project is $275,000; the focal point of the construction will be mostly cosmetic work with new paint, new tiles, art and more.
