Home sales have begun in Cielo, a Conroe-area master-planned community from The Signorelli Company, according to an April 24 news release.
In a nutshell
The 256-acre master-planned community will feature 40-, 45- and 50-foot lots starting from the mid-$200,000s, according to the news release. Each homebuilder will offer 8-10 single-family floor plans.
- Homes from CastleRock, priced between $232,000 to $328,000, will range from 1,362 to 2,817 square feet with two to four bedrooms.
- Homes from Rauch Coleman Homes, priced between $219,000 and $269,000, will be between 1,248 and 2,344 square feet with three to four bedrooms.
- Homes from Brightland Homes, for which prices are yet to be announced, will range in size from 1,550 to 2,740 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Cielo will also be home to Bartlett Elementary, a new Conroe ISD school set to open this fall, according to the news release.
