The big picture
According to an Oct. 18 news release, a random sample of hundreds of League City residents were mailed or emailed a citizen satisfaction survey.
The confidential survey is conducted by a third party every two years to assess how the city is doing in serving the needs of the community and where improvements can be made, according to the release.
The results of the survey will guide officials’ priorities when it comes public safety, parks and recreation, public works, code enforcement and future endeavors, according to the release.
“To make sure League City's priorities are aligned with the needs of our residents, we need to know what our residents think. The results of this survey will be used to help inform future decision-making,” the release reads.
A closer look
The survey takes 20-30 minutes to complete and can be returned in a postage-paid envelope or taken online.
While only a random sample of residents can take the survey now, later this year, the survey will be made available online so those who want to share their feedback can, the release reads.
