Broadway Kids and Encore Performance

The Purple Box Theater, a community theater and academy for the arts, will host a variety show by all of its Broadway Kids and Encore Performers.Houston Margarita Festival

This boozy event is presented by Patron Tequila and features more than 10 different margarita samples for attendees to vote on the best marg in Houston. Hosted at Memorial Trail Ice House in Houston, it will also feature a live DJ, street tacos and food trucks, a beer garden, market vendors, and a trip giveaway to Mexico.League City White Linen Night

Celebrate the arts and history of League City at League Park. This event invites attendees to wear white as they stroll through the streets of the historic district while enjoying live music, historic homes, artists at work, and local food and drinks. The city will shut down a three-block section of downtown for over 100 artists.The Wine Rendezvous Grand Tasting & Chef Showcase


This culinary event will showcase chef demonstrations and culinary offerings from 35 restaurants competing to be the winner of the Chef of Chefs title. After the culinary experience, guests can enter the grand ballroom to enjoy an around-the-world experience of wine.

Magnolia Fire Department Blood Drive

The Magnolia Fire Department is holding a blood drive sponsored by Gulf Coast Blood Center. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. All donors will receive a free beach towel donated by the Gulf Coast Blood Center.‘The Hedge’

The Charles Bender Performing Arts Center is presenting “The Hedge,” a musical about a close-knit African-American family of four. The immersive theatrical experience will feature an elaborate set, an ensemble cast, an original score, videography and special effects.HERPS Reptile Show

This two-day show will feature reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, feeders and supplies. Attendees will have the chance to learn about exotic reptiles up close.

This three-day event at downtown Houston’s Discovery Green park will highlight barbecue vendors from around the country. The festival also features live outdoor music with artists performing rock, R&B, jazz, pop and country. Proceeds support nonprofit Guardian Kare Residential Suites, which provides transitional housing for homeless veterans.
