Missouri City Oktoberfest
Come to Quail Valley Golf Club for beer, pretzels, live music and a dachshund race for Oktoberfest. There will also be contests for Bavarian-inspired outfits and beer stein holding.
Tame Impala concert
Australian psychedelic rock band Tame Impala will perform Sept. 19 and 20 at the Toyota Center, playing songs from their new album “Deadbeat” with special guest Dominic Fike.
2026 Texian Navy Day and Boat Parade
Help recognize the Republic of Texas Navy and Marine Corps with ceremonies, proclamations and a boat parade. Barbecue and cold beverages will be available along with a performance by Kevin Anthony and G-Town.

Celebrate grandparents with popsicles at the AFC Urgent Care-Cinco Ranch.
5th Annual Tunnel to Towers 5K Run and Walk Cypress/Northwest Houston
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation will host a 5K fundraiser for military members, first responders and their families. Special events will take place afterward along with lunch provided by Texas Roadhouse.

Head to Independence Park to shop from local vendors, check out food trucks and listen to live music.
