Mexican-inspired cafe Aleyotl Coffee & Bakery began its extended soft opening Sept. 11, Co-owner and barista Yanitzi Duarte confirmed.
The details
"Our concept is inspired by our roots in Michoacán and Mexico City," Duarte said. "The name 'Aleyotl' combines the inspiration of the alebrije with 'yollotl,' the Nahuatl word for heart, representing 'the heart of alebrije.'"
Duarte said Aleyotl Coffee & Bakery offers coffee, matcha and baked goods with drink options including:
Horchata Matcha
Duvalín Latte
Mazapán Latte
Café de Olla
Aleyotl Coffee & Bakery plans to hold an official grand opening toward late October, Duarte said.
