The best advice she’s ever been given …

My first boss at Community Impact saw how anxious I’d get when things were uncertain and she always told me Wait to Worry. It’s stuck with me as a mantra over the years, because worrying doesn’t make anything better. Most of the time, the thing you’re worried about doesn’t even come to pass anyway!

What she loves the most about her job …

I love working with our team of talented journalists, designers and managers! Solving a problem for someone is the best part of my job!

In her spare time Kaitlin enjoys…

Watching movies or the latest episode of Survivor with my friends and getting way too competitive at trivia nights.
