Prosper Arbor Day Celebration!
Celebrate Arbon Day with the town of Prosper. The event is supposed to be fun and educational with live demonstrations, tree plantings and tips for caring for and maintaining the town’s trees.

This family-friendly event is for all ages and will include a 10K, 5K and fun run. Attendees will also be able to attend the ribbon cutting for the Veterans Memorial at Frontier Park once medals are given out to runners.

Celina is set to host its first firefighter ball, a night to celebrate the city’s fire department. The night will include dinner, dancing, drinks and entertainment. The event will help fund programs for firefighters and their families.

Celina is set to celebrate the Troubadour Festival for its fifth anniversary. The event will be a celebration of fall weather with live music and food.

People can turn out to Downtown Prosper in late-November for an event filled with craft beer, wine, cocktails and pie. There will also be a vendor market and photo booth for attendees.

Turn out to Celina for a Thanksgiving 5K. Attendees are encouraged to dress up in Thanksgiving-themed costumes for the event, which will feature music and awards. A 1-mile walk or run is also planned for the event. A portion of the proceeds from the Celina Turkey Trot 5K will go to Lovepacs, an organization focused on feeding children in need.
