Heritage Haunt at Allen Heritage Village will offer a family-friendly Halloween evening with trick-or-treating, crafts and a candlelit concert by the Allen Philharmonic. Guests are encouraged to bring folding chairs for the outdoor concert.

5. Cottonwood Art Festival in Richardson
The Cottonwood Art Festival will bring more than 180 artists to Richardson for a weekend of fine art, live music and family-friendly activities. Visitors can browse a variety of original works while enjoying performances across two stages, food vendors and a craft beer garden.
