Matt’s Rancho Martinez, a chain of Tex-Mex restaurants from Dallas, is opening a new location at 2001 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano. The family-owned eatery first opened in 1985 and has separate locations in Lakewood, Garland and Royce City. Owner Matt Martinez III said he hopes to open the restaurant sometime between August and September.
