Chop House Gyro• opened April 17 at 2929 Custer Road, Ste. 312, Plano. The Mediterranean fast-food restaurant offers signature shawarma rolls and rice bowls in varying degrees of spice levels. Gourmet burgers, such as the Gyro Burger, and salad bowls are also part of the menu along with additional sides, such as wings, hummus and drinks.
